Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous United States: the 48 continental states and Washington, D.C. Perfume is a flammable liquid that can only travel by ground, so we can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or internationally.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Standard Ground Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more, and $6.95 below that. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days later. See the Shipping Policy for details.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status from the link in your order confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll update or cancel it for you.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes can't be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email support@todamoda.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Our fragrances
What does "Eau de Parfum" mean?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) is a fragrance concentration. It's richer than an eau de toilette, so a few sprays are all you need.
How do I choose a scent?
Start with the family you already enjoy: Floral, Woody, Fresh or Amber & Spice. Then compare the top, heart and base notes listed on each product page. The top notes are what you smell first, and the base notes are what stays on your skin.
How long does the fragrance last?
Longevity depends on your skin, the weather and how you apply it. For the longest wear, spray on moisturized skin at your pulse points and let it dry without rubbing.
What are the ingredients?
Our eaux de parfum are made with alcohol denat., parfum (fragrance) and aqua (water). The complete ingredient list, including fragrance allergens, is printed on the packaging. If you have sensitive skin, patch-test first.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep the bottle closed, away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. A drawer or cupboard at room temperature is ideal. Perfume is flammable, so keep it away from open flames.

Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.
Do you charge sales tax?
Prices are shown without sales tax. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
